As a Member of an Air Cabin Crew, You Should:
-Have a clear speaking voice
-Be tactful but assertive
-Enjoy team work
-Be calm under pressure and in emergencies
-Be polite but firm approach when dealing with difficult customers
-Be confident, friendly and good with people
-Be sensitive and reassuring towards people who are anxious or upset
-Be able to work quickly and efficiently
-Be confident with money, including foreign currency.
In addition, a cabin crew should have common sense, sense of responsibility, initiative, pleasant personality, politeness, physical stamina and the capacity to work for long hours on one's feet, ability to react quickly in times of emergency, a systematic approach, unruffled appearance, a well-modulated pleasant voice and also required to meet certain aviation medical standards.
